it's almost here

For quite a while now I've been working on a super-big crafty project. Gee, now that I think of it it's kind of been in the works for two years, but it's been increasing in intensity like a rolling stone, and in the past few weeks it has reached warp speed. (No, it's not a book!)

These past two weeks I've felt like I'm on a treadmill that's going almost too fast for me to stay on, and I 'm barely keeping my feet under me, and I'm tired! But it's also been exciting, because I thrive on having too much to do, and I always accomplish more when I have more on my plate.

Anyway, I only have three more days in New York before I'm off on the big adventure. Twelve boxes have been packed and shipped (with a few more stragglers to go tomorrow), 26 outfits have been selected (can you imagine? I can't.), countless personal trainer sessions have been sweated through, 54 yarn projects have been planned and executed... all that's left to do is perform a few miracles in my remaining two days in the office, and pack!

I don't know why I'm being shy about saying what I'll be doing. I guess I feel like I'll be opening a can of worms that can never be closed again. But I will open those worms. Soon. So stay tuned.

Wish me luck!
